Self-Acceptance

Accept yourself as you are! Light up your life ith positive energy!

Self- compassion means you do not judge yourself neither you allow others to judge you. The most important thing is to forgive, respect, overcome insecurities, protect and love yourself.


You have to accept and to love yourself just the way you are. Release the feelings of self-hate, accept your past and forgive yourself. Love your body and treat it with respect. Forget all the insecurities you have ever felt. You are strong! You can do this!

Everyone has an intern burning energy source. Release it! You are worth it!
Live a life where you see yourself as a positive, beautiful and strong person.
Don’t sabotage yourself. You have the potential to be someone special.
Remember: You are not a target, neither a victim.

Smile! Live! Enjoy! 


How to practice self-care:
Accept and appreciate yourself as you are right now.
Take responsibility for your own life.
Do not criticize yourself neither others.
Forgive yourself when you make mistakes. It’s human!
Don’t sacrifice yourself for others! Be nice and kind towards others, but first respond to your own needs! Take care of yourself!

How to practice body-acceptance:
Comparing and criticizing yourself will have an influence on your body image.
You need to learn how to accept yourself as you are.
Remind yourself that all bodies are beautiful, including yours.
Be your own friend!
Learn how to deal with prejudices! Sometimes the modern society can be very cruel. Don’t let them destroy all of your self-esteem! Not everyone has a size zero, and honestly, nobody needs it!  Everybody needs to be fully accepted by society without being judged!

Listen to your body! It gives you a persistent flow of information! Reply to them! 
Wear clothes that make you feel good.
Do things that make you feel free.
Make choices that bring you happiness.

Beauty is everywhere around you! And especially inside of you!

Practice. Your body image will improve the harder and the more you practice! You will realize that you can push your body in the direction you want it to go.

Once you decide to practice self-compassion, your heart and life will be fulfilled with peace, love, bravery, empathy, gentleness and contentment.
Frustrations are self-productions. Get over them, and accept that everyone will be frustrated once in a while, but this frustration doesn’t need to determine your attitude towards your own self! Forgive yourself for not knowing!
